There are few things more enjoyable than the calm, endorphin flooded feeling that you get the morning after a long night of dancing.
Your body may be sore, you may be sleep deprived, but you just feel good about yourself. Your body is one of the few things you can be sure that you have, and it feels good to use it.
So, here's my daily tidbit of advice for the world:
Dance!
Do it in your living room, in your cubicle, or in your underwear. Drop what you are doing and turn on some music. Take five minutes, don't worry about the world, and dance around like a moron. You'll feel better for it, I promise. :)
