Spock is Dead
Jul. 1st, 2009 02:56 amDear Internet,
I finally saw the Star Trek Movie. No, not the new movie. The one from the 70's. Star Trek: Wrath of Kahn.
That has to be one of the most glorious terrible movies of all time. It was absurdly over the top. Here are a few brief moments from the movie. Those of you who have seen it can giggle.
3) The realization that Spock is a psychic space elf
2) The Main Villain is a Jungle man in a space ship
1) William Shatner's scream echoing in space
Melodrama these days just isn't as... melodramatic. This movie made me want to find my old Mel Brooks collection. I finally understand "KAAAHHHHHNNN!". Though, I have to say that after hearing thousands of nerds screaming KAAAAHHHNNN at the top of their lungs, the actual movie scream paled in comparison.
Truly,
Kigs
