At least I'm clean

kigsI woke up at 7AM and awoke groggy-eyed to a gloomy, grey morning. So, of course, the first thing I do after tearing myself from dream land is plop myself in front of the computer and attack AIM. After about 10 minutes of galavanting around the internet and nonsensical chatting, I once more tore myself back into the real world and went to go take a shower.
Now, you guys have to understand something. I'm a lady when it comes to showering. True, it does take a bit longer to wash long hair, but the real reason that it takes me forever is because I have a terrible tendency to turn up the temperature until it's way to hot and then let the water run down my sore, sore back. But, unfortunately, I have a final this morning. So, after internal debate, I once more tore myself back into the real world and rushed back to my room so I could get ready and get to my final in "Set construction & Design".
The class is across campus. Class starts at 8. It is now 8:03. OH CRAP!
After tustling with my right pant leg, I grab my phone and call my freind Cindy so that she can tell the teacher that I'm going to be late. Oh crap, oh crap! Pick up, pick up!
When I get ahold of her, she informs me that she is in class alone. No one else is there, not even the teacher. At this point, she hunts down the teacher's cell phone number and, after being on hold for a while, informs me that class doesn't start until 9 today.
Crisis Averted. God, I nearly had a heart attack.

For those that care, the final will consist of constructing a 1/24 model of a fully furnished, painted, possibly lit stage out of assorted papers, acrylics, airbrush, and anything we can find laying around. It should be fun.
