Unanswered questions

I went out tonight, and left a rather vague away msg on AIM which said, "Dancing". Since no less than 10(!!) people left msg's asking what I meant by "Dancing", I felt that I should just answer the question on LJ in order too circumvent any other possible curiosities.
It's quite simple, actually. By "Dancing", I meant that I went out Dancing....yup. That's about it. I went out too "The Rage" in Sacramento with glowsticks, some money, and my ID in tow. Yet, apon ariving, I discovered that for some odd reason the DJ's were hell bent on only playing HipHop and R&B. God damnit, I've got me some glowsticks and I want some Happy Hardcore!!
Allow me too comment on the fact that I absolutely DISPISE most Hip Hop & R&B. But, I had already payed my entrance fee, and I was far too sober to be angry and try to fix the problem. So, I whipped out my glow sticks and went out it in front of a bunch of confused looking individuals whose clothing, mannerisms, and lude speech could only cause me too presume that they where from the, "Ghetto". Funny how people who were struggling to get by somehow managed too afford so much FUBU crap.

Date: 2005-02-04 11:34 am (UTC)Although, we were stoped at the door and told that we were not allowed too have any headgear, glowsticks on strings, or single colored shirts. By headgear, they apparently meant my Fedora and my freind's Beanie. In my defence, I don't OWN baggie pants :-p.
It was HALARIOUS! The people were staring at me like they had never seen a glow stick before. The DJ seemed too be enjoying it, though. He mentioned us a couple times over the Microphone and kept at least playing faster songs whenever we were trying too dance. A couple folks even tried too dance with the glowsticks.
For whoever is wondering, I was using Green and Purple glowsticks, or Green and Orange (Alternating), and MadManOfTheDirt was using Orange and Pink.
